The staff was amazing!
There was no pool, the location is sketchy at best.

Excellent new owners. The hotel is a series of cabanas each having 2 rooms. Very heplful and informative night man!

Great value for the really low prices!
The location is far from city center.

The hotel met our expectations and much more! Room was not only clean (very clean!), but also cozy. Although it was a little small, but it was comfy (fridge, microwave, TV and WIFI) and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. ...read more

The environment was good and the people were real friendly.
If going some place the bus was okay but you needed the wright number and the best way was to rent a car.

Nothing.
Everything.

Rooms were dirty, staff was unwilling to help, sheets and linens not clean or changed everyday. They have a three day policy before changing linens. Plumbing is bad, toilets back up and affect the shower turning water scalding hot, unacceptable for kids. ...read more

Quiet neighborhood and I felt safe despite being in a major city.
Not within walking distance to any restaurants or activities.

The bed was very soft and comfortable. There were two rooms and a decent size bathroom. Was able to park directly in front and was within steps of my car. Very quiet neighborhood.

Nothing.
Mold in shower, dirt and dust all over the floor.

This motel does not meet the star rating it was assigned. I have stay in cleaner and better maintaining Motel 6.

Bed was comfortable. Room and linens were clean.
TV did not work. Strangely/poorly decorated.

Hotel is old and has been remodeled only to the degree to be usable. Furnishings, fixtures, and decor not well coordinated. Room is very small. Bathroom is small and poorly designed. Room was drafty and cold. TV did not work, although I didn't try to report it till the next AM, but I was unable to since the office was closed (7 AM). I was told the office would be open 24 hours but it was not. Room was very clean and relatively quiet. Continental breakfast was not available until 7:45 AM, which was later than I could wait. The room met my basic needs with no frills (or TV). ...read more

Great customer service.
Steep hillside.

Very clean. I don't normally stay at small private hotels. I will try to use it regularly when nearby on business. Charming old style motor-lodge in great shape. Very Clean.
